We offer employment support services for adults with disabilities that are fit to meet each client's needs to help them succeed through work. Our goal is to assist people in achieving their career aspirations and to help them find jobs that match their interests, skills, and abilities within the local community. Our services are planned based on each client's needs and include job development, vocational assessment interview assistance, and job coaching.

We're looking forward to continuing to build partnerships across Iowa to provide our services to those who need them. We know how hard it is to find work, so we offer various specialized services to get you started on your way!
