Step 1 - Meet with our team
Meet a staff member! You’ll meet with staff, get to know each other to begin the journey to employment!
Step 2 - Discover your strengths and employment goals
The goal is to find a job you’ll love, and that fits you and the employer the best.
Step 3 - Prepare for interviews
We can help set up your resume, communication skills, and make sure you're presenting yourself professionally.
Step 4 - Job Shadows
Not sure if you’ll like the job? Start by job shadowing! This allows you to be at the job site and watch someone do the tasks. No pressure, no rush, and no feeling of not knowing if you’ll be able to do the job.

Searching for the job, and getting hired!
Step 6 - Receiving ongoing job coaching
You’re not alone! Now that you have the job, we are still by your side. We’re here to help you be the best you can, learn, and become more independent. You don’t have to be nervous about being at a new job site on your own!
