Jordan and Shelly Nelson are the proud owners of THRIVE, a Community Support employment agency for people with disabilities ages 18 to 65. Jordan has ample experience working with employment agencies. 

In June of 2021, he decided to take his knowledge and open his own business to help provide individuals with employment opportunities throughout Ankeny and the surrounding areas. 

Jordan wanted to ensure everyone had a chance, no matter their circumstances, so he started his employment agency. The Nelsons are proud to offer this opportunity to people with disabilities looking for a job or career change.
