At THRIVE, we are about helping people with disabilities get jobs through job shadowing! Unsure if you'll like a job? You can stand in and shadow someone on the job to see if you'll like it! The goal is to find a job you'll love without the pressure of committing to something and then guessing whether you'll like it.
